Borrowing
Any and all borrowing needs to go through Chris or Rae. This includes dongles, chargers, computers, etc.
Warranties
Generally if a computer is under warranty, we do not work on it because under most warranties, opening the computer voids it.
If the issue is software installation, drivers, or some other software-related issue, we will work on it. Most of these are short problems, so the machine does not stay in the DC for very long. If a warrantied computer is staying in the office, clearly mark it as a warranty computer and make a note not to open it up.
